The film really is a "masterpiece," and those shots of Marianne and Anulka traipsing through the graveyard are things of great and morbid beauty. This film's rep can only grow in this DVD age. Keep up the great work!turbo ferbonoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4032450846239938332.post-89268122286733197822009-12-05T14:32:02.114-06:002009-12-05T14:32:02.114-06:00You couldn't possibly rule more! I like it even better than Daughters of Darkness, which a majority of horror fans point to as the pinnacle. For me DoD is a distant third after this and Blood-Spattered Bride...look for that review soon! The Vicar of VHShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06832137990485130735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4032450846239938332.post-50399411070474669322008-02-13T15:34:00.000-06:002008-02-13T15:34:00.000-06:00Just found your blog, and as I read of your apprec...Just found your blog, and as I read of your appreciation for Rollins and Naschy, I was thinking, "Where's this guy's review of 'Vampyres'?"
